You can customize the block animation using composition of four type of basic animation: move, fade, zoom and blur. More, you can customize so-called "easing function" to make animation feel like "bouncing", "elastic" or other.

As for decoration, you can customize three basic elements: background (color and alpha), border (color, thickness and corner radius), and glow effect (color, X and Y blur, and can be inner or external).
